Founded in South Australia in 1999, Caledonia Scaffolding Services established a robust foundation in

the access solutions industry. After over a decade of success, we expanded into Western Australia in

2010 and further strengthened our presence with the merger of Halson Group Pty Ltd in 2023.

Caledonia Group is a leading, privately-owned industrial solutions company. This year, we proudly celebrate 26 years of success. Guided by our two owners and slogan, "Our Knowledge, Your Advantage", we deliver safe and efficiently executed work on major projects locally and internationally. With offices across major cities in Australia and New Zealand, and a management team with over 120 years of combined industry experience, we have a proven track record of executing projects in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Malaysia, and Africa.

Today, Caledonia Group is a trusted name, offering a wide array of services, including scaffolding, complete access solutions, insulation, cladding, design and engineering, alongside a skilled, on-call workforce. Our labour force includes scaffolders, sheet metal workers, rope access technicians, riggers, and crane and hoist operators. With an in-house design and engineering team, we specialise in providing high-quality temporary access and support structures for complex projects.

JOB AD TO FOLLOW - This is a newly created senior leadership role for an experienced technical expert who thrives on the intersection of product innovation, R&D, and high-stakes delivery. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be the technical conscience of PMB Defence — providing engineering oversight, technical authority, and strategic leadership across our most critical projects. Your focus? Ensuring the technology we develop (and the products we build) work exactly as they should — when it matters most.
