Founded in South Australia in 1999, Caledonia Scaffolding Services established a robust foundation in the access solutions industry. After over a decade of success, we expanded into Western Australia in 2010 and further strengthened our presence with the merger of Halson Group Pty Ltd in 2023.

Today, Caledonia Group is a trusted name, offering a wide array of services, including scaffolding, complete access solutions, insulation, cladding, design and engineering, alongside a skilled, on-call workforce. Our labour force includes scaffolders, sheet metal workers, rope access technicians, riggers, and crane and hoist operators. With an in-house design and engineering team, we specialise in providing high-quality temporary access and support structures for complex projects.

Financial Accountant

Reporting to an experienced Finance Director, you'll take ownership of month-end management and reporting across the Group. You'll work closely alongside the broader finance team, and partner with Directors and operational teams — including Claims and Contracts Administrators across SA, WA, NSW and New Zealand — to make sure the numbers land with the people who rely on them.

There's a real appetite here for someone who'll improve things rather than simply maintain them — the general ledger could do with a tidy, and there's scope to sharpen reporting, controls and systems as you go. It's an ideal role for someone with sound technical grounding who's ready to take on more than their current position allows.
