Our labour force includes scaffolders, sheet metal workers, rope access technicians, riggers, and crane and hoist operators. With an in-house design and engineering team, we specialise in providing high-quality temporary access and support structures for complex projects.

This role involves managing budgets, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding capital allocation decisions. The Finance Director provides financial insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making and ensures the organization's financial integrity.

You will work directly with the leadership team and oversee the financial health of our company. This includes developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen with a proven track record in financial management, cashflow management, planning, and strategy development.
