With prior experience across human resources and recruitment, she brings a strong understanding of people, workplace culture, and talent acquisition. Jessica is known for her excellent communication skills and her natural ability to build genuine connections with both clients and candidates.

Passionate about growing her career in recruitment and human resource services, Jessica is motivated by the opportunity to support individuals and organisations helping people find meaningful career opportunities while assisting businesses in building strong and effective teams.

Outside of work, Jessica values quality time with friends and family. On the weekends, you’ll most likely find her catching up over a meal, enjoying a relaxed day out, or simply sharing laughs and making memories with loved ones.

Her favourite quote, “Progress Over Perfection,” reflects her approach to life and work focusing on growth, learning, and moving forward rather than striving for perfection.

One fun fact about Jessica is that she spent the first five years of her life in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England. Even though she moved away at a young age, those early years left a lasting impression and remain a memorable part of her story.
