Sales & Product Support Team Lead - APAC

You won’t find another sales and product support role quite like this.

As our Sales and Product Support Team Lead for APAC, you’ll be the calm, capable centre of our customer support universe. The person who keeps things smooth when the swell’s up and questions are coming in fast.

You’ll manage inbound enquiries, lead a small team, and be the go-to expert on how our support systems actually work day to day. You’ll help troubleshoot rider issues, support dealers and partners with orders and quotes, and make sure no one is left hanging.
