OUR COMMUNITY.

The Foil Drive family extends to our Foildriving community. We are incredibly proud of the community we have established, one that is incredibly supportive of each other and one that has become a valuable group for insights and feedback.

Foil Drive is for foilers, meaning our community feedback is at the front of our development as we constantly refine and imagine new ways to further enhance that foiling feeling we all love.

THE ROLE.

HR Generalist

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely broad HR role where you'll have the chance to make your mark.

Reporting to the CEO (with a dotted line to the Group Financial Controller), you'll be responsible for all things HR across the Foil Drive Group while also managing the fortnightly payroll process for approximately 30 employees. You'll oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance and HR systems, while partnering with leaders to lift capability, introduce best practice and continue building a positive, high-performing culture.

The business already has great people and a strong culture. They're now looking for someone who can bring more structure, consistency and alignment as they continue to grow globally.
