WHO WE ARE
With a rich history dating back to 1838, the land on which Langton Park stands today was originally marked on Colonel Light’s map of the country areas surrounding Adelaide. The original homestead was built in 1891 and has been retained today as The Village Centre – the hub for residents to meet, gather and enjoy activities. This imposing yet charming residence still reflects the grandeur of this bygone era, adding a unique historic charm to Langton Park.
Today Langton Park consists of 110 independent quality living homes and provides a quality and distinctive retirement lifestyle with an established and active community.

COMPANY INFORMATION
It is ICAM’s goal through open communication and a proactive hands-on management approach to maintain Langton Park Retirement Village as a picturesque, inclusive, and welcoming community for residents to connect with one another. ICAM, together with its Village Manager is working collaboratively with the residents on how best to enhance the amenity of the village. ICAM plans to rejuvenate the community facilities and to provide added services for the benefit of the residents so that they may fully enjoy their retirement years at Langton Park.

(JOB DESCRIPTION - TO FOLLOW) This is a newly created senior leadership role for an experienced technical expert who thrives on the intersection of product innovation, R&D, and high-stakes delivery. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be the technical conscience of PMB Defence — providing engineering oversight, technical authority, and strategic leadership across our most critical projects. Your focus? Ensuring the technology we develop (and the products we build) work exactly as they should — when it matters most.

THE OWNER
Langton Park Retirement Village was purchased by the ICAM Diversified Seniors Living Fund in April 2022.
This well-established village marks the first acquisition for the Fund which is aiming to build a portfolio of high-quality seniors living properties diversified across Australia over the medium term.
The ICAM Diversified Seniors Living Fund operates under the direction and guidance of its esteemed board of directors who collectively hold a vast wealth of experience and expertise in the seniors living sector.
