Join South Australia’s most recognised family law firm and help shape a brand that genuinely changes lives. As Marketing and Communications Specialist, you’ll bring creativity and structure to our day-to-day marketing—making sure our work is seen, heard and felt.
Who's hiring?
Recognised nationally as one of Australia’s fastest-growing law firms—and named Australia’s Best Boutique Law Firm in 2023—we’re known not just for what we do, but how we do it. We’ve supported thousands of people through divorce with clarity and care—redefining what meaningful support looks like during one of life’s hardest transitions. It’s the Resolve Way: advocating for personal transformation and positive divorce outcomes for families, not just legal wins. From our dedicated Client Services team to our certified Divorce Coaches (yes, our lawyers are trained in that too), everything we do is rooted in empathy and delivered with excellence. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team.
So, what's the role?
This is a hands-on, full-spectrum marketing role for someone who’s ready to step up and take ownership of Resolve’s day-to-day marketing, communications, visibility, and reputation. You’ll manage campaigns across content, digital, social media, PR, and events—with plenty of room to grow your skills and impact. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with internal stakeholders (including our lawyers, coaches and client team), you’ll bring structure, creativity, and confidence to a well-loved brand with plenty still to say. This is a role for a smart, organised, purpose-led marketer who’s excited by the idea of being the go-to person for all things marketing—and ready to keep things moving.
Here’s what a typical week might look like:
- Bringing our brand strategy to life across digital and print—keeping things fresh, consistent, and unmistakably Resolve
- Creating and publishing engaging content across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Coordinating events, seminars, and our signature Rise with Resolve community program
- Managing content updates across our website, socials, and other platforms—and planning ahead with a content calendar that makes life easier
- Supporting brand-aligned award submissions and recognition opportunities across our workforce
- Rolling out our client engagement programs like Evolve and Alumni initiatives—plus brainstorming new ones
- Partnering with our team to keep referrers engaged through campaigns, outreach and creative touchpoints
- Helping shape our employer brand and internal culture messaging with the HR team
- Supporting the Executive Team with podcast development and storytelling initiatives
- Collaborating with sales and client services to define our target clients and refine the customer experience
- Using analytics tools to track what’s working, what’s not, and what we should double down on
- Working alongside external partners and vendors to execute campaigns and manage budgets
- Staying up to date with what’s happening in the market—and using those insights to help us move smarter.
You’ve helped brands grow, taken bold ideas and turned them into powerful campaigns—and you’re just as comfortable writing a strategic plan as you are jumping into the backend of HubSpot. You’re confident with content, comfortable with strategy, and up for rolling your sleeves up to keep things moving. You love branding, have a great visual instinct, and you genuinely care about helping people connect with a message that matters.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience bringing brand strategy to life across multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging and tone
- An eye for design and content that cuts through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—across emails, posts, web copy and event blurbs
- Experience building a content calendar, writing across multiple platforms, and managing community engagement
- Confidence using Canva, Adobe Suite or similar tools
- Familiarity with email marketing, SEO basics, Google Analytics and paid social campaigns
- Experience using (or learning) HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar CRMs
- A knack for using data and insight to track ROI and shape campaigns
- Ability to plan and promote events (in-person and online)
- Skilled at identifying PR opportunities, award submissions, and engaging referrers
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with great initiative
- Comfortable working independently with support as needed
- Values-aligned, collaborative and up for learning
- Brings creativity, curiosity and warmth to work every day
- Purpose-driven and all-in on the mission because you care about doing meaningful work, and doing it well
