We are partnering with a well-known NFP organisation to recruit a WHS Administrator for an immediate temporary opportunity based in the Western Suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exposure to Work Health & Safety, or experience within HR/People & Culture where WHS has formed part of your role. This position is heavily focused on administration, coordination and compliance, supporting WHS processes across the organisation.
So, what’s the role?
- Coordinating and maintaining WHS documentation, records and compliance registers
- Assisting with incident reporting and tracking follow-up actions
- Supporting onboarding, inductions and compliance requirements
- Maintaining training records and ensuring documentation is up to date
- Providing general administrative support across WHS activities and initiatives
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely compliance processes
You might be the right fit if you have/are:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally with exposure to WHS, HR, or compliance-based environments
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and processes
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- 3-month temporary assignment with an ASAP start
- 3–5 days per week flexibility
- WFH flexibility available
- Opportunity to build on your WHS and compliance experience within a supportive P&C team
