

Our Story
In 2003, Simon Reynolds started The Yoghurt Shop with a simple idea: make yoghurt properly, using time-honoured methods, quality ingredients and genuine care.
Since then, The Yoghurt Shop has grown into one of Australia's most awarded handcrafted Greek yoghurt brands — now made in its own South Australian factory and stocked in homes, retailers and cafés nationwide.
Despite the growth, the approach hasn't changed: small batches, fresh SA milk, traditional slow methods, and thickness that comes from craft, not additives.

This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion and will see the successful candidate join the executive leadership team at an exciting point in the company's journey.
Chief Operating Officer
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building great businesses.
Reporting directly to the CEO and based at the Burton manufacturing facility, you'll lead operational performance across the business, overseeing Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance and Customer Service functions.
This isn't a role where you'll simply keep the wheels turning. The foundations are strong, but there's significant opportunity to improve systems, streamline processes, build capability and create an operational platform that can support continued growth.
