Mansfield & Co Recruitment was founded in 2016 with a simple vision: to create a recruitment agency that delivered a more personalised, relationship-focused experience for both clients and candidates.

Our founder, Melanie Mansfield, had spent many years working within the recruitment industry and had seen firsthand the difference that genuine relationships, honest communication and quality service could make.

Rather than building a high-volume agency focused on transactions, Mansfield & Co was established to focus on long-term partnerships and exceptional service.

Since then, we've grown into an award-winning South Australian recruitment agency, partnering with organisations across a broad range of industries and helping hundreds of businesses secure exceptional talent.

While the business has evolved over the years, our philosophy remains unchanged: People come first.
