THE ROLE - LEGAL SECRETARY
We’re looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team and help us keep delivering on that promise—with calm coordination, professional polish, and a proactive approach that makes all the difference. Play a key role in supporting a high-performing team with the care, professionalism, and empathy that define the Resolve experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact support role that helps our legal team deliver life-changing outcomes for our clients.

This is a hands-on role that combines legal administration with client service and general office operations. Reporting to the Senior Paralegal, you’ll be the go-to person keeping things organised, on track, and unmistakably Resolve in tone and delivery. From managing inboxes and preparing briefs to mentoring junior admin staff and coordinating appointments, you’ll play a central role in making sure our legal team has what they need to deliver their best work. Whether it’s filing court documents, supporting a team member, or simply making sure no detail gets missed, you understand that every task is an opportunity to help someone feel seen, safe, and supported—at a time they need it most.
