THE ROLES
Manager
As Manager, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, lead a capable team, and work closely with a Senior Manager and the Partners to deliver exceptional service and leadership. You’ll be across everything from compliance and workflow management to strategic, value-add projects—and you’ll be a trusted sounding board for both your clients and your colleagues.

Senior Accountant
As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of client work with a strong skillset in accounting, compliance and technical tax knowledge. Work independently, managing personal KPIs and professional development are vital attributes as well as an ability to demonstrate the values of Oreon through interactions with team members and clients.
Oreon are now looking for two Senior Accountants to join the organisation and work directly with the Managers and Partners.

you will be working with
Ben Reynolds
Ben is actively involved with Oreon’s finance team and is the Oreon Partners representative on the MSI Global Alliance Australian NZ members group.
Annabel Johnson
Known for being approachable, trustworthy, and well-organised, she also serves as the HR Director at Oreon, looking after her team members’ well-being and development.
As the Senior Accountant,
you will be working with
Chris Gebhardt
As a Partner, Chris assists the greater Oreon team in the areas of operations and finance, as well as serving as a team leader and mentor for other staff.
Jarrad Dunn
As a Partner at Oreon, Jarrad mentors the staff on his team, works directly with clients on complex and technical issues, and is involved in Oreon’s marketing team.
